The company was established in May 2025 with the mission to advance a sustainable global environment through research, consultancy, promotion of green energy, sustainable agriculture and net-zero initiatives. The company works with communities, organisations and governments in United Kingdom (UK) to promote a sustainable environment and has prospects of expanding its work to other parts of Europe, Asia, the Caribbean and Africa. The company generates revenue through grants, donations, membership fees and training and consultancy services to implement its activities.

Dr Anne Kairu – Director
Anne brings over 15 years of dedicated experience in the environmental sector, holding a PhD in Biology of conservation from University of Embu, Post-doctorate University of Birmingham and a certificate in the Future of Sustainable Business: Enterprise and the Environment” offered by the Smith School of Enterprise and the Environment at the University of Oxford. Her career has been rooted in the principles of ecological conservation and the practical application of sustainable solutions.
Anne possesses a comprehensive understanding of environmental science, encompassing areas such as biodiversity conservation, ecosystem restoration, climate change mitigation, and pollution control. She has a proven track record of designing and implementing successful conservation strategies on invasive species, conducting impactful environmental impact assessments, leading research projects at local and international level on the effects of climate change on ecosystems, policy and governance of forests.
Her expertise extends significantly into the realm of green energy technologies, including solar photovoltaic systems, wind energy deployment, biogas production. She has been actively involved in the feasibility assessment and implementation of renewable energy projects in rural communities, providing technical consultancy on energy efficiency measures for businesses, developing training programs on renewable energy installation and maintenance.
Furthermore, Anne has a strong passion for and practical experience in developing and managing community-based carbon offsetting initiatives. This includes establishing and overseeing successful afforestation and reforestation projects with local community involvement, designing and implementing carbon sequestration programs in agricultural landscapes, developing educational campaigns to promote community participation in carbon reduction efforts. She understands the critical importance of engaging local and international stakeholders and ensuring the social and economic co-benefits of such initiatives.
Anne’s combined expertise in environmental science and conservation, practical experience in green energy deployment, and a deep understanding of community-led carbon offsetting makes her an invaluable asset to the leadership team, providing the scientific rigor and practical insights necessary to guide the company’s mission and objectives.

Flavia is an experienced environmentalist with over 10 years experience in environmental research and implementing projects that focus on environmental problems and solutions. Her work specifically focuses on the intersection of sustainable agriculture, climate change and gender power dynamics. Flavia has a strong understanding of sustainable farming practices, environmental conservation and green energy initiatives.
